1:1 coaching is for people who want to accelerate and focus exclusively on their businesses without learning and growing alongside others. It’s great for people who have done group coaching or are currently being coached in a group setting. You have “less homework” outside of sessions because we complete the exercises together.

Group coaching and strategy is for people who want to learn and grow alongside others and increase their community for female entrepreneurs. You’ll still get specialized attention and a customized Business Action Plan that aligns with your vision, values, and why. You’ll have to do homework between sessions on your own as opposed to being led through the exercises in 1:1 sessions.

I hear you! I made the mistake of assigning too much homework to my clients in my early days and I don't do that anymore. With 1:1 sessions, you have the benefit of having me walk you through the questions in real time. I have detailed intake process (2 forms — your business today and where you want to go). After that, we do all of our work together in session and I put it together into your business action plan.

With that said, like any program, what you put into this is what you get out. Presumably, you're coming to me because you want a scalable Business Action Plan, which means that if you decide to implement the changes you want in your business after our sessions together, that will take time. You can implement at your own pace and when it makes sense for you and your business.

Before we start our sessions together, we will sign an agreement. In that agreement, we will specify our cadence for when we meet. Typically, I have weekly or bi-weekly meetings, and a few of the topics we'll do in 2 hour sessions instead of 1 hour sessions. Sometimes, I have clients who want to use this as a "bootcamp" and do 3 days of 4 hour sessions. We will discuss this before we sign the agreement, and we can move sessions around as long as I have 48 hours notice.

Coaching and strategy sessions with Kristen are NOT for you if...

• You have no desire for reflection and introspection. You're happy with how things are and don't want to change or examine anything.

• Aren't willing to get personal about your goals, vision, and current challenges.

• You want someone to implement all of the changes and suggestions for you. I'll work alongside you, point out suggestions and best practices, but am not the person to implement them. (For instance, let's say that adding your prospects to a CRM is something that would benefit you, I can give you insight into CRMs that fit your criteria, but you will need to determine which one is the best for you and enter your prospects into the CRM. I am not the person to implement the CRM for you.)

• You want someone else to draw every conclusion for you instead of walking alongside you and pointing out suggestions. You want someone else to be in complete control and make all the decisions.

For group sessions, you will get a private 1:1 one-hour session before the group coaching sessions start. After that first hour, private session, please submit an email to kristen@kristensobel.com. Note: A refund will not be eligible once the first group session starts.
